For secure fitting and to create a smooth and sleek finish, Unika TopSeal kitchen adhesive and sealant is an essential installation accessory for upstands and splashbacks. The latest generation of high-performance polymer technology ensures an excellent bond of splashbacks and upstands to your kitchen wall, giving excellent strength and support .

It is specially formulated to adhere to a wide range of surfaces including our wooden, standard and solid laminate worktops. As well as concrete, plaster, plasterboard, plastic and metal - Unika TopSeal kitchen adhesive is stronger and quicker to set than other kitchen sealants. Once installed, the clear sealant creates a waterproof join between panels, worktops and walls. This TopSeal cartridge covers 14-15 linear metres.

Worktop Moisture Barrier

Worktop moisture barriers are supplied in a 1M X 750mm X 3mm section and are required for installation to the underside of worktops that are fitted above appliances that radiate excessive heat / moisture such as washing machines / dishwashers / microwaves. Fitting a worktop moisture barrier underneath the worktop prevents any excessive moisture directly affecting the worktop.

Unika Solid Wood Worktop Oil Mousse

To keep your wooden worktops looking their best they need to be re-oiled at regular intervals to ensure protection. This 150ml can of solid wood worktop oil mousse has all the same great features as worktop oil, but the application is quicker, easier and creates less mess. This mousse is a more efficient, and less greasy method of re-oiling once the worktop is fitted. It is ideal for use in areas of high wear such as around sinks and hobs, and it is fast curing so you can carry on with your kitchen tasks in no time at all. The stain-resistant formulation penetrates deep into the wooden worktop resulting in a water-resistant seal and natural satin finish. Certified Food Safe and with high UV resistance, solid wood worktop oil mousse has excellent coverage of up to 30m2. Due to this fantastic coverage, in comparison to the oil, only a small amount of mousse is required, after installation. To maintain your surfaces, we recommend applying this product at least once per year.

With an easy to use wipe on finish, Rustins Danish Oil will bring out the beauty of our entire range of timber worktops and provides a natural, open-grained, low-lustre finish. Rustins Danish Oil is a special blend based on Tung Oil combined with a selection of other vegetable oils and resins to create a natural oil with a suitable durability. As a rough guide, we recommend the purchase of 1L of oil per 3M worktop. Every worktop shown pictured on this website is oiled to illustrate how the timber will look when finished. We recommend that three coats of oil should be applied to each wood worksurface before installation. This includes both faces and all edges. A full, easy-to-follow installation guide is supplied with every order.

Please note: for food preparation we would recommend using an independent chopping board, and not a surface coated with this product.
